| | Is responsible for all day-to-day financial operations relevent to implementation of NVBDCP's malaria muti-donor work plan, including: providing timely routine financial reports, accurate and timely processing of financial data and operating a robust system of international controls to ensure the transparent use of funds in line with a multi-donor work plan and budget |

| | A university degree (or equivalent) in accounting, business or commerce |
| | At least 5 years expereince working in a role requiring the day to day use of budget and fiscal management skills to execute the role |
| | Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook |
| | Fluent in English, both written and spoken |
| | Have a good understanding of Vanuatu Government financial processes and procedures. |
