1) This position reports directly to the secretary general of the penama provincial council.

Interested applicant must have the following:

Criteria:

- Diploma in management or HR or tertiary certificate in related fields; 2 years in public institution; Human resource management or planning; Computer literate; Has a valid drivers license; Practical and

analytical thinker

- Leads by example; Has a open door policy; A visionary and team builder; Strong interpersonal (good listener etc) facilitation and negotiating skills

- Good personality and is neutral in their conduct; English or french amd bislama.
