The Vanuatu National Provident Fund Board of trustees is now seeking to recruit for its head office in Port Vila a suitably qualified person for the position |
| | of manager investment. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Responsible to the general manager for effective planning, appraisal, implementation and monitoring for investment plan, monthly investment reviews, effective and efficient monitoring of all investments proposals, including liaison with other divisions |
| | 2) Ensure effective implementation and review of the investment strategy in line with guidelines laid down by the board. |
| | Interested applicant must have the following criteria: |

| | - Knowledge of offshore investments and offshore fund management is preferable; This is a managerial position, requiring a person of good character, maturity and dedication; Tertiary qualification, preferably |
| | a degree in business, commerce, investments or accounting |
| | - Minimum 5 years working experience in a commercial or statutory organization, with emphasis on achieving level, and able to lead, direct and control staff; Proven managerial experience; Strong analytical |
| | and negotiation skills |
| | - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. |
