Telecom Vanuatu Limited – wishes to recruit 1 qualified and experience candidate to the position of Manager Customer Care in commercial department. Duties and responsibilities:

1) To develop customer management strategy

2) To establish the customer service team and set new standards of excellence

3) To established customer service strategy in consistent with TVL brand and values

4) To provide the training.

Interested applicants must possess the following:

Criteria:

- Excellent communication skills verbal – written-oral in english and french or bislama is a plus; Excellent people an talent management; Commercial acumen; Training and coaching ability; Minimum

education: university degree or equivalent; 3 years experience in management of customer facing operations

- Basic computer skills (operating word, excel, powerpoint); Telecommunication experience would be beneficial.
