Job Description:

Holiday Inn Resort is seeking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Chef de Partie.

Interested applicant must have the following:

Criteria:

- Must have at least 4 years cooking experience in high class resort, hotel or restaurant operation; Must have the right attitude, be self motivated, driven and innovative; Must be passionate and

knowledgeable about food and have the ability to work as a team

- Banqueting experience with large buffets & set menus an advantage; Fine dinning experience preferred; Have knowledge in haccp, food hygiene & occupational health and safety

- Have good communication skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision; Must have good attention to detail, time management and multi tasking skills; Must have the ability to lead and

train effectively

- Ability to manage individual kitchen sections (cold larder, a la carte and breakfast).
