Job Description:

Applications are invited for the above position at the Air Vanuatu Catering Center, Port Vila. This is a new position.

Applicants should be suitably qualified for the above mentioned position. Ideally applicants should be certified as having previously held a similar senior role/position and possess suitable qualifications and/or have the relevant experience in the following areas:

Criteria:

- Vast knowledge in all aspects of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) systems and procedures; Demonstrated kitchen and hospitality experience of between 8-10 years; Menu creation

and implementation

- Creative and energetic team player; Ability to train, motivate and supervise other staff; Knowledge of portion and stock control; Passport and drivers license essential

- Excellent oral, written and communication skills required; Must be able to provide police clearance and a medical report declaring fit for all duties; Ability to work a seven (7) day rotating shift roster.
