Oxfam also supports civil society organisations to develop their individual and collective capacity to deliver effective programs to

their communities and supports their communities to be able to better engage in decisions that affect them. Oxfam delivers its programs by working in partnership with other civil society organisations and provides a range of support including institutional strengthening, project funding and facilitating issue based network. Oxfam also work closely

with key government department’s including the National Disaster Management Office and the Meteorology and Geo-Hazards Department. Oxfam is currently seeking to recruit a talented individual.

Duties and responsibilities:

1) Is responsible for the overall management of the Governance, Leadership and Accountability (GLA) program

2) This involve development and delivery of GLA program strategy, management of Oxfam's relationship with all of our GLA partners including funding support and capacity support, management of donor contracts

3) Ensuring effective relationships with government and other stakeholders and ensuring effective M&E and reporting.

Interested applicant must possess the following:

Criteria:

- Minimum five years experience in design, planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of development programs and utilising participatory analysis; Extensive experience of working with and

supporting civil society organizations including capacity building and funding support

- Experience in convening and facilitating networks and successfully delivering collaborative initiatives; Experience in liaising with governments and donors

- Experience in integrating gender equity across all aspects of a program; Experience in successfully managing budgets and donor funding/contracts

- Management and leadership experience in leading diverse teams and stakeholders (internal and external), including the development of capacity and skills of staff

- Proven analytical and report writing skills; Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
