Job Description:

CARE International in Vanuatu is seeking to employ a FINANCE AND HR COORDINATOR.



About the Role

As a member of the CARE Vanuatu team, The Finance & HR Coordinator will manage all routine finance and HR functions for the CARE International programme in Vanuatu and will ensure that all appropriate finance and HR systems, policies and procedures are in place and in line with CARE International and donor requirements.

Criteria:

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Commerce/Economics or qualified by experience with demonstrable plans to achieve professional qualification; Familiarity with use of Microsoft office and excel

- Knowledge of relevant Vanuatu laws; High level of personal integrity and honesty; Strong financial management, human resource, and administration skills

- Demonstrate sensitivity to gender issues and different cultural environments

- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills, interpersonal skills, and patience

- Commitment to development principles and CARE values; Advanced written and verbal English language skills.
