Job Description:

Our client is seeking a competent and friendly person to manage the office, the Center and the finance administration for the company as a permanent position. The person must be confident in dealing with people and able to manage rent collection within a commercial centre with hundred+ rented space. The person must be reliable, trustworthy with a mature attitude, optimistic

behaviour, always ready to learn client and problem solving oriented.

Key tasks will include:

- manage all rental agreement and monthly/weekly rental payment collection

- take all incoming phone and walk in enquiries

- managing monthly finances on MYOB and Excel Savy

- managing all VAT returns, invoicing and payments

- office administration and Center Supervision

Criteria:

- Customer service experience

- Office administration experience

- Experience in managing business finances

- Excellent communication skills in Bislama and French or English

- Office management experience

- Assertive and confident in dealing with people

- Sound problem-solving skills
