Job Description:

The Ministry of Infrastucture and Public Utilities(MIPU) wishes to recruit a suitable individual for the position of an Adminstration Officer. The application, which should address the Selection Criteria for the advertised position must be accompanied by photocopies of supporting documents in a sealed envelope addressea to the Human Resource Officer, PMB 9057, Port Vila,. Supporting

documents should include Curriculum Vitae of no more than 5 pages detailing employment experience demonstarting capacity to meet the Selecting Criteria. The contact details ( phone and/or e-mail0 for 2 current Referees must be included.

Interested individuals should call in the Ministry of Infrastructure, Corporate Services HR Office to collect the Standard Job Application Form - PSC Form 3-2.


- Certificate in Adminstration

- Secretarial studies.

- A minimum of 5 years experiences in office administration work.

- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised, computer literate.

- Communication/Interpersonal skills; behavioural competencies; Practical; methodical; sound written and spoken communication skills; hardworking and dependable.

- Bislama and English and French.
