The ideal candidate will possess the following:





Key Skills and Attributes:

Criteria:

• Resolve customer queries on handset, products and services, billing, general company information and man corporate switchboard

• Activations on ALL types of products and services e.g. corporate account, individual account, staff account, v/m, data, roaming etc

• Liaise with Dealers to provide information on policy, training and support

• Escalate problems in accordance with the query resolution procedure dictated by the Customer Care Centre

• Minimum qualifications of Y12 or Y13 secondary school Ieaver

• Computer Literacy is essential

• Telecoms or Computer Science certification also required

• Excellent oral and written communication skills especially listening skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent telephone techniques

• Time management skills

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Database administration skills

• Strong problem solving skills.
