|The National Bank of Vanuatu is seeking to recruit an experienced, qualified and motivated person for it's Microfinance Officer role at Rovo Bay Branch, West Epi - Shefa Province.|
This role will be responsible for the promotion and marketing of the Bank's Rural Mircrofinance products and other bank products and services to customers in Epi and any other locations as may be directed by the bank. The position holder will be required to assist customers in preparing loan proposals for submission to the Head Office and provide support to both existing and new Microfinance Customers within the area. The role incumbent will be travelling throughout the rural communities of Epi and Shefa for customer awareness and from time to time be requested to visit other locations throughout Vanuatu where required.
Applications must be received at NBV Rovo Bay Branch for all applicants in Epi and Head Office for all applicants living outside Epi.
The successful applicant will be expected to posses:
|- Certificate in Business (or related field); Good Customer Services skills;|
- At least 5 years experience in rural and community business development;
- Good Leadership & Assertiveness skills; Good understanding of credit analysis;
- Good financial analysis skills; Good Communication & Interpersonal skills.
