Grand Hotel and Casino is looking for suitable Receptionists to join our Front Office Team. The role will report to the Front Manager, successful applicants must have:
Relevant previous hotel reception experience
Advance Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Strong typing skills
Previous Opera experience is a must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional guest handling and service skills
Be flexible to work over a seven day period including night shifts.
A Certificate or equivalent qualification is desirable.
