Job Description:

This is a senior position and required a committed person who will be responsible for overseeing the operation of Lakatoro Branch, playing a pivotal role in maintaining various functions of the branch and ensuring the branch meets all customers’ retail banking needs. This position reports directly to Head of retail banking in Port Vila. It is expected that the successful applicant will possess the following below. Criteria: At Least a certificate in Business (or related field) At least 3-5 years’ experience in Banking or working or working in a professional environment Sound people management & Leadership skills Good understanding of statement Good understanding of business needs and expectations Sound coaching and training skills Relevant communication and marketing skills Proficiently in computer skills Excellent analytical & problem solving skills.
