Job Description:
Organizations and individuals are invited to submit
offers for a contract for the provision of complex Project Management Services
for the duration of a reconstruction project, managing multiple stakeholders.
The Project Manager will be required to source the funding for the project in
addition to project manage and administer tender process and contract
implementation for the Design Consultant and Construction Contractor. The
Project Manager will supervise construction and coordinate inspections compliant
with the National Building Code of Vanuatu.

Criteria:
Essential:
- Certification as a Project Manager
- Tertiary/University Qualifications
- At least 10 years experience in Project Management
- At least 10 years experience working in international development projects.
- Extremely high level administrative and managerial skills
- Extremely high level written English and capacity to write comprehensive
reports and proposals for international partners
