Job Description:
We have an IMMEDIATE vacancy for an experienced
Restaurant Supervisor.
We are looking for a team leader and someone who can quickly gain the respect
and trust of our team.
The successful applicant will have already held a senior position in the Food
and Beverage industry and will be able to carry out the following:
- Restaurant management
- Guest relations
- Stock control
- Stock taking
- Staff rostering and supervision
- Cash handling and shift/day end procedures
- Ordering
stock.

Criteria:
- Applicants should be either citizens or residents of
Vanuatu
- Must be reliable, honest and work without supervision
- Must have good communication in English & Bislama
- Ability to work weekends/public holidays/evenings
