The Government Remuneration Tribunal, under the Ministry of the Prime Minister has a vacancy for a Secretary/Clerk Typist.
Key Functions Include:
Coordinate and allocate resources of the Tribunal in an efficient manner
Record and maintain meeting discussions and decisions of the Tribunal
Maintain in an efficient manner incoming and outgoing communication with stake holders
Coordinate Annual Budget deliverables of the Tribunal
Timely and coordinated response to Stakeholder and Customer queries
Efficient and up to date filing system and maintained to high standard
Assist the Director with other duties as may be delegated from time to time.
Certificate or Higher in Administration or any related field
Sufficient experience in general Administration
Proficiency in Microsoft applications especially Microsoft word and record keeping/archiving
A very good written and oral English or French and Bislama
Exceptional Interpersonal skills.
According to the Pacific Service Scale Cs 2.0 and Housing and Child Allowance will be included
