Be a Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder in Journalism or equivalent
Be experienced in the field of Journalism over 12 months
Be knowledgeable of PVMC role and regulations
Be able to communicate very well in Bislama, English and French
Be a analytical and practical thinker with outstanding listening, communication and report writing skills
Be able to work as a team and also possess outstanding leadership qualities
Be able to work under pressure and also work unsupervised
Be an individual that respects his or her superior and also commitment to the Council.
