TIVR Timber is a leading timber and joinery business
operating at Salili on the Mele Road. We are seeking a dynamic person to join
our dynamic team. No prior knowledge of
the timber and joinery business is essential but it would be helpful.
Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to
with customers to make sure accounts are paid on time
of supplier accounts and processing of payments
LPOs and expenditure in MYOB
and strengthen account relationships with all suppliers and customers
any customer or supplier issues
sales in Retail Manager
vehicle register and ensure all vehicles are serviced at regular intervals
and maintain Asset Register
recommendations to processes and procedures to achieve company goals.
strong communication between all member of the TIVR Team and uphold high
standards of honesty and integrity in personal conduct
Duties as requested by Office Supervisor and Manager
as back up in absence of other admin staff.
have had at least 5 years’ experience using MYOB and working experience at
use of Microsoft Office and Excel
of relevant Vanuatu Laws
level of personal integrity and honesty
financial management, human resources and administration skills
of a high level of communication and interpersonal skills
written and verbal English language skills essential, French and advantage.
