Limited is seeking for a Shop Hostess to be based in
Port Vila.
Mission
The Shop Hostess will be responsible to welcome all
customers, and visitors, attend to their queries and also to direct them to the
services section or department concerned. The objective is to ensure that
customer needs are met and ensure customer satisfaction.
Function
- Provide
service excellence to guests, other employees and the general public
- Welcome and
direct guests in a friendly, professional and courteous manner
- Accompany
guests to and from their seats and also to other departments
- Practice
proactive measures to manage crowds and queues
- Ensuring that
complaints are dealt with efficiently
- Provide and
maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for guests
- Communicate
details of TVL products if required
- Ensure
assigned area is clean and tidy
- Perform other job-related duties as required.
Criteria:
Knowledge
- Secondary school graduates
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship
management
- Previous Hospitality experience would be a benefit.
Skills
- Fluent English/Bislama and French basic
understanding
- Strong verbal communication skills are essential
- Good time keeping is vital
- Interpersonal skills essential.
