hotel offering 11 self-contained apartments. This 3 times Hospitality award winner is seeking a talented individual to
maintain and even improve its operations.
Manage hotel activities and a team of 7 employees
including reservations, guest relations, purchasing hotel supplies, supervision of housekeeping,
maintenance, gardening & bookkeeping, cash and receipt management and
production of monthly financial statements.
No restaurant on site. Breakfast service
provided to guests upon request. Available only to experienced and qualified applicants.
Bachelor degree in hospitality, tourism, business or related field – only
applicants with Year 12 diploma will be considered
5 years experience in Hospitality/Tourism
Fluent in English, French is a plus
Successful & effective management skills
Sound & flexible people skills
Advanced Computer skills: Outlook, Word Excel, Hospitality management software
Advanced MYOB accounting or other accounting software.
