Job Description: The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established in 1987 to provide security for workers for when they retire at the age of 55. It also provides for permanent incapacity, and survivors’ benefit in the event of death. The Fund is now seeking to recruit for its Head Office in Port Vila, a SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR. Those who have applied in the past need not re-apply. Primary Objectives of Position Provide assurance to the Management and Board on the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management and governance processes in the Fund’s operations in accordance to Internal Policies & Procedures, Audit Standards and other external supervisory and legal requirements.  Key Outcomes: Plan and execute audits in line with Fund approved policies and procedures Produce timely reports to the Management and Board of Directors Lead and supervise sub-ordinate team members under his/her control Undertake investigations and produce timely reports to the Management and Board of Directors Perform other duties assigned by the Manager. Qualifications He/she must have a degree or above from a recognized tertiary institution in one or more of the following disciplines Financial Accounting Business Administration Other field of study relevant to the office of Internal Audit Has at least 3 years’ experience in a senior Auditing or similar role with demonstrated success in Auditing.
