The Fund is now seeking to recruit for its Head Office in Port Vila, a RISK MANAGEMENT & COMPLIANCE OFFICER. Those who have applied in the past need not re-apply. Primary Objectives of Position This position is responsible for working closely with the Senior Risk and Compliance Officer for coordinating and overseeing all corporate risk management activities, ensuring compliance with the internal policies, relevant contracts and agreements and all legal and regulatory requirements in accordance with the VNPF Act, and other internal and external regulatory governance requirements. Key Outcomes: Undertaking the business risk analysis and documenting the results Developing, maintaining and reviewing the risk register Ensuring the Funds compliance framework complies with VNPF Act, Government, external regulatory supervisions and other supervisory authorities Investigating and reporting on compliance breaches, and identifying and documenting agreed upon remedial actions Assist in the facilitation of internal audit reviews and other assignments requested by the Management and the VNPF Board of Trustees.
