- Be able to use the computer/ enter sales
- Assist customers throughout the day
- Manage the boys/ deliveries/ sales/ stocks
- Speak with customers politely and provide them with the necessary information
to make the sale
- Communicate with staff/ customers in English/ Bislama, if possible even
French
- Update the manager with the necessary information if away.
Criteria:
- Have at least 2 - 3 years’ experience helping the
manager with the managerial role i.e. make sure boys are doing the necessary
work, customer are being handled properly, sales are being entered correctly
- Qualified with using the computer and able to use Excel/ Word/ Retail
Manager
- Able to provide reference letters from teachers/ old employers.
