Stop Press Limited is the leading wholesale and retail
stationery shop in Vanuatu having shops in Central Downtown, Inside Au Bon
Marche Nambatu and its superstore at Champagne Estates, Port Vila.
We are looking for a Manager Administration to join our team based at its Head
Office in Champagne Estate, Port Vila. The Manager Administration will oversee
the accounts department, administration & human resources management and
planning and should have an advanced knowledge of MYOB and MYOB RM.
The Manager Administration major responsibilities will include the following
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and
systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to
facilitate other business operations
Manage schedules and deadlines
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with
attention to budgetary constraints
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Fostering strong communication between teams and
uphold high standards of honesty and integrity in personal conduct
Promote safe and secure work environment.
Business Management & Administration
Proficient use of MYOB and MYOB RM
Familiarity with use of Microsoft Office and Excel
Knowledge of relevant Vanuatu laws
High level of personal integrity and honesty
a high level of communication skills, interpersonal skills, and patience
Advanced written and verbal English language skills.
