Call for Consultancy: Midterm Review (MTR) of Oxfam Country Strategy (OCS) Oxfam in Solomon Islands (OiSI)
Oxfam in the Solomon Islands is calling for expressions of interest from independent consultants/ contractors to support OiSI team to review and reflect on progress and gaps in achieving external and internal change goals, context, partnership and leadership capacity and to revise the country strategy, this include:-
 Some progress towards this objective has already been completed, for example OiSI developed an EVAW Influencing Strategy in 2017 and a number of influencing priorities have been articulated in a newly funded social accountability project managed by the Active Citizenship team.
Expected Profile of the Review Consultant.
The prospective consultant(s) should have an appropriate balance of management and technical skills in conducting an assignment of this nature.
