Mangoes Resort is looking for an experienced Front of House Receptionist. If you have great customer service skills, previous reception experience and are able to work on weekends, we would like to meet you.
The job will entail:
Checking guests in and out of the Resort
Answer various questions from guests
Liaise with housekeeping
Arranges transfers for guests
Compute bills collect payment and make change for guests
Be able to work weekdays and weekends
Perform other duties as assigned
Good telephone manner.
Preference will be given to applicants with the following:
Must have at least 3 years of previous experience in front office environment
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
