World Vision is now recruiting for Area Program Manager based in our Area Program Office in Isankel, Tanna. This is a Senior Management role in the Area Program, this role will provide support in coordinating sector programming in the Tafea Area Program which includes the implementation of the programs, budgeting of the programmes, planning and reporting of the programmes, leading and managing staffs in the Tafea Area Program.

In line with WV Vanuatu’s For Children, For Change, For Life (4C4C4L) purpose, this position will:
  • Lead the Area Program Office including Program Staff in coordinating integrated sector programming including implementation, budgeting, planning and reporting
  • Working closely with Country Office Program Quality team to lead and coordinate internal (World Vision) and external (donor) reporting for all projects within the Area Program
  • Working closely with Country Office Operations team to lead and coordinate operational support for all projects within the Area Program including ongoing monitoring of project outputs
  • Represent the Area Program in all relevant external meetings with a broad range of stakeholder
  • Contribute to the WVV Senior Management Team on wide variety of items impacting World Vision’s overall programming across Vanuatu.

Salary:

An annual salary package of between VT2,482,876  to VT2,749,416 inclusive of all relevant benefits and annual leave, will be provided dependent on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
