Job Description
• Providing accurate information on the bank’s products & services to customers
• Maintain a sense of urgency to serving customers and reduce queues
• Provide quality customer service and asking questions to understand customers queries
• Portray the value of  integrity and comply with regulations
• Able to work together as a team & minimise Bank’s exposure to financial loss by maintaining accurate cash balances with minimal cash errors
Selection Criteria
• Minimum qualification - Form 6
• Proven customer service skills with desire to go beyond for a client
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• High level of persistence
• Excellent communication skills
• Driver’s license is desirable
