Applicants must have 5
years + experience in a bar/restaurant
and minimum 2 years experience in a senior role |

Selection Criteria

• Proven past experience
managing junior staff members
• Must have experience in making cocktails • Knowledge of wines, beers and beverages • Must have experience in handling cash tills • Great customer service skills • Table service experience • Be able to read & speak fluent English & Bislama • Be able to work on a rotating roster including days, nights & weekends |
