Special Business Education: Land resource management and or Public administration in the areas of management and strategic management Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a senior leadership position in the public sector, policy development, resource and strategic planning Special skills: Computer literate and has a valid licence Thinking style: Must be a analytical and practical thinker Communication/ Interpersonal skills: Sound managerial skills, understanding of land and resource legislations, understanding of public service employment rules and practices, good communication skills, good writing skills, good analytical skills Behavioural competencies: Respectable Language: English or French & Bislama |
