1. The applicant should hold a diploma or certificate in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies or other relevant tertiary qualifications in a recognized institution acceptable to the Authority.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years experience in financial management, auditing, budgeting, MYOB accounting is envisaged.
3. The suitable person must have a fair knowledge and understanding of Vanuatu investment, climate and the regional business environment.
4. Excellent working knowledge of English and fair knowledge of french language would be an advantage.
5. The suitable candidate must be able to work under minimal supervision and work under pressure.
