Job Description

HEAD CHEF:      Head of the Kitchen, must excel in cooking and presentation.      Responsible for menu design and ordering.     Good staff management and works well under pressure.      Able to cater for big groups and events . SOUSS CHEF:      Senior Role in kitchen to assist Head Chef.      Confident in all sections of kitchen operations.      Team player and works well under pressure. PASTRY CHEF:      Must have at least 5 years experience in pastries, dessert and bread making. KITCHEN HANDS:      Experience required, hygiene important with good English.      On the job training.

Selection Criteria

The successful applicants will be:-     Experienced in a Hotel or Resort Restaurant.     Punctual, neat and tidy.     Provide good references.     Be customer focused, responsible and a team player.     Communicate well in English.     Motivated to work together to establish a reputation for fine dining with excellent service.

Salary

Above average and negotiable with 6 monthly reviews. Cost of relocating for the right person

Job Description

The Trainer is expected to work providing VQA recognised training to students at the campus and to support colleagues at other campuses. The person should have     • At least Level 3 Trade qualifications (Level 4 is preferred) VQA approved.     • Training Assessment  & Evaluation qualifications     • Experience as a tutor in the field of building and construction     • Several years of industry experience     • High Literacy and Numeracy skills in English     • More than basic computer skills     • Be keen to work in a VQA registered organisation.     • Relate well to young people and be able to mentor them     • A willingness to work with students on real construction sites
