Job Desctiption:
- Basic Understanding of food preparations and cooking techiques
- Knowledge of Kitchen Hygiene and food safety Practices
- Good Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Selection Criteria:
- Year 10 Leaver Minimum
- Certificate or training in Hospitality or Cookery preferred
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is an advantage
