Job Description:
The Malampa Travel seeks an experienced Reservations Officer to join our busy team based in Lakatoro, Malekula, Vanuatu.
You will be responsible for answering enquiries from
tourists and other intending visitors to Malampa Province, converting those
enquiries into bookings for accommodation and tours, liaising with tourism,
operators invoicing, accounting and other office duties.
Criteria:
Proven experience in management and/ or administration
Extensive MYOB and accounting experience
Excellent communications skills, verbal and written (fluent in English)
Excellent data management skills
Be well organised and flexible
Have the ability to manage multiple tasks
Good problem solving skills
Tourism industry experience & formal tourism training
E-Marketing experience desirable
Willingness to learn new skills.
Salary:
40,000 - 50,000 per month depending on experience
