Telecom Vanuatu Limited is seeking for a Pre Sales Engineer to be based in Port Vila.
Missions
Reporting to the Chief of Business and Corporate
Market, Direct Sales and Customer care, the Corporate Account Coordinator will
be responsible for the Management of Corporate Account and provide all presales
engineering support for TVL.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify
prospective clients and work out a sales pipeline
Encourage
full usage of all facilities to maximise sales
Ensure that
all communications with customers are handled within the required time frame
and to the organizational standards
Establish
key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum
exposure and increase revenue
To ensure
all opportunities are taken to promote products to our customers and to
increase the client base
To be
proactive with locating and developing new business in line with the revenue
and sales targets
Establish
new business over and above the base business in the Telecom industry
To carry
out customer visit in keeping customer satisfaction high and acquiring new
business
Host any
promotion events as per the Commercial Department requirements
Organise
corporate sales promotional initiatives
To ensure
personal presentation is of the highest standards at all times to project a
professional image to clients
Be aware of company policies, which affect the
sales department
Have full
knowledge of the product, services and solutions offered
To provide
support and coaching to new team members within Corporate Sales Team
To manage
special projects under the direction of the Head of Sales
Implement
the corporate strategies aligned with the commercial strategy as set by the
Chief Commercial Officer
Carry out
other duties/tasks outside normal routines but within the overall scope of the
job
Be aware of
the key trends in the market and take appropriate action
Have extensive knowledge of competitor business
model and position accordingly.

Criteria:
Qualification & Experience
Be a holder of an Engineering degree in
Electronic and communication, Telecommunication or equivalent
Have a at least2 years’ experience at that level.
