Job Desctiption:
Warwick Le Lagon Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department. This pivotal role ensures effective people management, compliance with labor regulations, and the development of a positive workplace culture that supports both staff and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic HR leadership: Oversee HR operations, policies, and procedures to align with company goals.
• Recruitment & staffing: Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Employee relations: Foster a supportive environment, handle grievances, and promote engagement.
• Training & development: Implement staff training programs and career growth initiatives.
• Compliance & reporting: Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety standards, and maintain HR records.
• Payroll & benefits: Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll accuracy.
Selection Criteria:
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
