Job Desctiption:
Warwick Le Lagon Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to lead our HR Training & Development function. This pivotal role ensures staff are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver exceptional service and uphold the resort’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Training programs: Design, implement, and evaluate training initiatives across all departments.
• Staff development: Identify learning needs and create tailored development plans.
• Performance support: Collaborate with managers to enhance employee performance and career growth.
• Compliance training: Ensure mandatory training requirements are met, including health, safety, and hospitality standards.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate training records and provide regular updates to senior management.
Selection Criteria:
Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 3–5 years in HR training or staff development roles.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Education, or related field preferred.
