About the Role
The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of LSC Store Santo, ensuring smooth retail activities, excellent customer service, and efficient inventory management. This role requires strong organisational skills, financial oversight, and the ability to lead a team in delivering reliable service to the community.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise store staff and coordinate daily operations
- Manage inventory levels, purchasing, and supplier relations
- Oversee cash handling, billing, and reconciliation processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards
- Monitor sales trends and support forecasting and procurement decisions
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for management
Selection Criteria:
-> Education & Knowledge
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Financial Management
* Strong understanding of financial management, procurement, and customer service principles.
-> Experience
* 8 years or more of professional experience in operations, administration, and inventory management.
* Proven track record in cash handling, billing, claims processing, and supplier management.
* Experience coordinating purchasing activities, managing stock levels, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
-> Skills & Competencies
* Customer service and client relations expertise, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry/documentation.
* Ability to manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relations effectively.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management.

* Background in retail or service-oriented environments.
* Ability to adapt healthcare operations experience to retail management.
