Job Description:
Freshwater Plantation is seeking applications from enthusiastic professional bartender/waiter to provide
an excellent guest experience. We are a family oriented day tour operator and
restaurant so most shifts are day time.
Criteria:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a bartender &
waiter
Experience using computerized point of sale system (preferred)
Experience using EFTPOS for credit card transactions (preferred)
Experience dealing with other currencies (preferred)
Excellent English. French preferred but not necessary
Important: Outgoing, happy personality
Important: Enthusiastic and fun interaction with customers
Set tables, take meal orders, serve meals and drinks
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving cocktails
Keep the bar organized and clean
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
