| | advantage, strong Microsoft Active Directory Background, Microsoft Exchange Messaging Design & Implementation Skills, Microsoft ISA. Server Design & Implementation Skills |
| | - HP or IBM Technical Skills and or Certifications: HP ASE or AIS Certification (Accredited Systems Engineer or Integration Specialist in HP ML/DL Servers), HP Blade/HP SAN Knowledge, some knowledge in HP |
| | virtualisation technology, IBM mid-range and high end systems experience, experience with Vmware & Citrix a definate advantage. |
| | - Strong personal work ethic, preparedness to both learn about and use a Technical Architecture approach |
| | - Excellent problem diagnosis and resolution skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer focus and service delivery approach |
| | - Willingness to assist in supporting and up-skilling other staff within your work environment and ability to build and maintain key customer relations. |
