| | The suitable candidate for this position should posses the following below: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Diploma/Degree in a field related to development and/or management experience in field research |
| | - A minimum of five (5) years experience in community development or relief with management experience |
| | - Demonstrated management skills; Assist to coordinate project and staff training |
| | - To supervise and implement Sanma Province Projects and organize project activities; To ensure, monitor adequate coordination of activities and to assist in managing funds |
| | - Ability to submit timely narrative reports; A higly level of communication and negotiation skills; A Driver’s license. |
