| | Criteria: |
| | - Extensive experience in health service planning; Desirable experience in the vanuatu health sector at a senior level, exhibiting a high level of management or clinical responsibility, with a proven performance |
| | records at a high level of competency; Exposure to training in health planning would be advantageous; A strong interest in health sector development would be desirable |
| | - Good knowledge of computer software would be advantageous; Well developed verbal and written communication skills and a sound understanding of the vanuatu health sector and its vision for the future; |
| | Ability to develop and produce timely planning reports awl documents; Desirable education and skills as a health professional, management education also desirable |
| | - Some education in health planning desirable; Must speak english or french and bislama; Must have high level of personal integrity. |
