| | 1) To develop & write proposals to potentials donors and lead a team in the completion of project submissions |
| | 2) To ensure quality of program & appropriate reporting back to donors |
| | 3) To assist the resource mobilization planning manager and qulity coordinatore to plan, organize, participate in technical assessments for project and program design |
| | 4) To provide support to program field staff in the collection of analysis of essential data for project development & planning. |

| | Criteria: |
| | - Must have obtained a degree in a field related to project management, research, social or political science, development studies or similar field; Must have at least 3 years in development work; A minimum |
| | of 2 years in project monitoring & evaluation |
| | - Highly knowledgeable and well versed in LEAP and DM&E functions; Very good communication, linguistic & presentation skills; Good organizing, planning, training & interpersonal skills |
| | - Must obtain good capacity building & coaching skills; Computer skills is a must. |
