| | of up to 8 aid-posts, 4 kindergartens and 2 youth drop in centres (for reproductive health) per year. These buildings will be located at a wide variety of locations across Vanuatu. | | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Construction experience; Community mobilization skills; Coordination ability - working with diverse groups of stakeholders including suppliers, government, community members and contractors; |
| | Programming capacity, developing and following work plans; Ability to manage finances with highest integrity |
| | - Ability to keep neat and accurate financial records; Ability to cope with pressures and demands from competing interest groups and individuals; Ability to work without close supervision |
| | - Computer proficency (microsft excel and word and email); Able to work in english, high standards of both reading and writing; Fluent spoken and written in bislama; Experience working with |
| | NGO/donors; Experience mobilizing and managing community groups. |
