| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | The Help Desk and Support Administrator reports to the Help Desk and Support Manager, Office of the Chief Information Officer, Ministry of Prime Minister. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Essential: Year 12; Desirable: Accredited IT qualifications e.g certificate, diploma or degree in computing or similar |
| | - Five (5) years experience in a similar role; Extensive experience in installation, maintenance of PC hardware/software and communications devices, e.g routers, switches, operating systems |
| | - Thorough knowledge of basic office software suites; Some special skills in trouble shooting skills, networking skills, configuration skills, management and supervision skills |
| | - Analytical, practical, goal oriented; Must be strong written and oral communication skills |
| | - Must be honest, reliable and of good character; Be able to speak English or French and Bislama. |

| | Salary per annum is PSC scale H Os 4.3 which is equivalent to VT 1.517.040 |
