Job Description:

The Food Security Livelihood (FSL) program is supporting recovery of affected people's livelihoods in SHEFA province through following interventions: Implementing food distributions in collaboration with cluster members Support to village based groups through grants for Income Generating Activities & Assests Restoration projects Providing agricultural inputs and tools for farming recover Integrating livelihoods and access to education Small-scale cash for work in per-urban areas in Efate Applicants will be assessed according to the following criteria. Criteria: Completed high School Level 12 Diploma in Community Services as advantage Demonstrated knowledge and practical skills in community level mobilization and events Three (3) years experience working in communities including liaising with community leaders Experience conducting livelihood activities Knowledge of small business, agriculture, capacity building of community based organization an advantage Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bislama and English Ability to communicate to communities Ability to plan an organize self and others to ensure the timely completion of tasks while working to deadlines Willing and able to travel to and work in remote communities including overnight
