Hawkins Vanuatu Limited, an independent operating entity of the Hawkins Group, to deliver the rehabilitation and development of the seafront precint and the portside precint in Port Vila, is looking for suitably qualified and competent persons in the following above field, this is a genuine advertisement. This role is responsible for providing a high level of professional and efficient personal assistance to the Project Manager, administration support to the project team and assist with community liaison work in the inter-island wharfs and jetties project and the waterfront project. Key Responsibilities Provide Personal assistance and support to the Project Manager to ensure they can function and work efficiently and effectively and focus on daily priorities Manage and monitor all administrative duties such as organize meetings, luncheons and charity events, prepare all typing and Powerpoint Presentations, organize filings etc. Assist project staff with all other duties. Criteria: Qualification/Experience required A minimum of 2 years experience in an administration role or clerical role Highly effective multi-tasking, prioritization and monitoring skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal English Communication skills (French or Bislama useful).
