Job Description:

Aquana Beach Resort is seeking an experienced individual to fill in the above position. Your role includes providing good customer service to our customers. Responsibility Responsible for front desk duties, reservations, and reporting to the superior. Criteria: Applicants should be either citizens or residents of Vanuatu Must be reliable, honest and work without supervision Must have good communication and writing skills in English/Bislama/French (advantage) Ability to work weekends/public holidays/evenings Friendly, outgoing, hospitable personality Must be experienced as a receptionist, and professional in their work, presentation and skills level Have an understanding of HIRUM or other reservation engines  Must be able to work with computer programs like Outlook, Word and Excel.
