Responsibilities Plan menus for functions, A la carte & bar areas Ensures that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times Develops standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation which help to assure consistently high quality Great salary and benefits. Criteria:  Qualified chef with certificate 3 in professional cookery or higher, First Aid and stock control.
